It is encouraging to see that your company is dropping sponsorship of LGBTQ+ activities and will no longer participate in the LGBT-focused Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.

However, LGBTQ+ support is only a part of most companies DEI policies.  News reports do not mention Lowes position regarding the rest of its DEI policy.

It is apparent from Lowes’ Diversity & Inclusion webpage that Lowes needs to do more to dismantle DEI in order to reduce its negative impact on equal treatment for all employees and all applicants. 

I urge Lowes to do more to dismantle its DEI policy and provide truly equal treatment to all employees and applicants.
