Dear Commissioner,

I urge you to allow the San Francisco Police Department to rejoin the Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Local law enforcement needs all the help that it can get, especially when major public events are concerned, to counter terrorism.

San Francisco is hosting events that will be attended by people from all over America and around the world.  Their safety and the safety of San Franciscans can only be improved with another level of terrorist protection.

The Council on American Islamic Relations long association with Hamas and link with multitudes of terrorists should disqualify any serious consideration of the organizations position on counter terrorism.

Please authorize the San Francisco Police Department to rejoin the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
