I urge you to deploy every legal force to stop terror linked Council On American Islamic Relations (CAIR) from its mission to subvert the United States Constitution to Sharia law and destroying the liberties that make America Great.

Nihad Awad, CAIR Executive Director, proclaimed a plan to install 50 Muslims in congress during his speech at the 61st Annual Islamic Society of North America convention on August 30, 2024.  Awad said “That’s really the essence of dismantling the system of injustice is to replace it with the people of good will (ie Islamists) who represent the prophet Abu Salama.”  

The “system of injustice” to be replaced that Awad must be referring to is the United States Constitution.  What other law would Muslims want in its place but Sharia?

CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad said at the American Muslims For Palestine (AMP) Convention: "I Was Happy To See The People Of Gaza Break The Siege On October 7; They Were Victorious; The People Of Gaza Have The Right To Self-Defense – Israel Does Not.  Nihad Awad previously said “I am in support of Hamas.”  The Investigative Project on Terrorism reports CAIR has extensive associations and support for Hamas."

The world sees what Islamization agendas and irrational pandering to Islamists has done to the public safety and liberties of the citizens of Great Britain, Germany and France.  We cannot allow that to happen to America.

Please consider taking the following actions:

•    Urge House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune to revive H.R.9495 - Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act.  This bill passed the US House on November 21, 2024 by a vote of 219-184.

•    Determine if President Trump has standing to revoke CAIR’s tax exempt status.  George W Bush revoked CAIR's non-profit status while he was in office, but Barack Hussein Obama reinstated it.

•    Investigate donations from and payments to foreign sources to determine if CAIR is receiving support from or providing resources to terror sponsored nations or organizations.

Please use every legal force to stop CAIR and other Islamist organizations from destroying the liberties that make America Great.
